ROLLS-ROYCE MOTOR CARS IS DELIGHTED TO ANNOUNCE THE ACQUISITION OF ROLLS-ROYCE MOTOR CARS EDINBURGH BY GRANGE MOTORS
27.1.2020.- Following the unfortunate announcement that Leven Cars Group, holding company of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Edinburgh, has gone into administration, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars is delighted to announce the acquisition of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Edinburgh by Grange Motors a Subsidiary of Cambria Automobiles plc.
Julian Jenkins, Regional Director for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars commented: “While the situation with the previous owners of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Edinburgh was unexpected and disappointing, securing the future stability of the Rolls-Royce business in Edinburgh, together with retaining the majority of the staff and maintaining a seamless transition for our Customers remains of paramount importance. The appointment of Grange Motors is a fantastic outcome ensuring continued representation in the important Scottish market with a new partner that brings significant experience in the luxury automobile sector.”
