FERRARI SERVICE CENTRE WITH THE LARGEST NUMBER OF WORK BAYS IN ASIA AND A SIGNIFICANTLY ENHANCED AFTER-SALES SERVICE SYSTEM

June 2, 2017 Tokyo. – Ferrari Japan and Cornes Motors Co., Ltd., which has a licensed official Ferrari dealership agreement, opened Cornes Shinonome Service Center in Shinonome in Tokyo’s Koto Ward on June 2, 2017. It is the Ferrari’s largest service centre in Japan and serves as the after-sales service base with the largest number of work bays in Asia.

Using the latest CI of Ferrari, Cornes Shinonome Service Center welcomes customers in the reception area and lounge space, sophisticated spaces with white as the base color. The new center has about 1,300sqm of dedicated work space to keep Ferraris in the best condition, and features the widest work bay area in Japan, comprising 14 work bays, the largest number in Asia. A rich variety of equipment is in place ranging from the tester for the latest model to jigs that can be used for models from each era, enhancing its ability for after-sales service to twice more than the current ability at Shiba Service Center in Tokyo.

The maintenance needs for Ferrari classic models are high besides those for new or used cars. Its staff consists of the No.1 master technician, who won the contest that decides the top Ferrari mechanics in the world, and many experienced specialists, who have built up their skills for many years. They will restore and provide maintenance service for classic Ferraris and assist customers with technical matters.

Shinonome, located in the bay area excellent in access and convenience, is close to the Bayshore Route with easy access from the heart of Tokyo, Chiba and Saitama Prefectures, and the north Kanto area, allowing the center to provide high quality after-sales service for customers from every part of the Kanto region.

In commemoration of the opening of the new service center, Cornes Motors will conduct a Shinonome Service Center Thanks Campaign from June 2 through the end of June 2017.
