Maranello, 3 January. – The Campionato Italiano Velocita Montagna [Italian Hill Climb Championship] (CIVM) was rewarding in many ways for the drivers of the Ferrari customer teams.

The most important title (in GT class) went once again to Roberto Ragazzi, at the wheel of the 458 Challenge EVO of the Superchallenge team. Ragazzi won Monte Erice, Coppa Nissena, Verzegnis, Coppa Teodori, Coppa Carotti, Pieve Santo Stefano and Trofeo Fagioli. His teammate Bruno Jarach, winner at Pedavena, took second place. In class E1, Piero Nappi, of Scuderia Vesuvio, won Coppa Nissena, Sarnano, Selva di Fasano and the Cronoscalata del Reventino [Reventino time trial], thus finishing fourth in the championship standings and third in the E2 class.

The results were noteworthy also in the Trofeo Italiano Velocita Montagna [Italian Hill Climb Trophy]: Roberto Ragazzi won the GT championship ahead of Jarach; Piero Nappi won the E2 group and was second in the E1 while Luigi Perchinunno was fourth place finisher in the Trofeo del Sud [Trophy of the South].
