FERRARI CELEBRATES IN BLENHEIM PALACE
July 11, 2017. UK.– To celebrate 70 years of Ferrari, Dick Lovett organised a Road Tour of The Cotswolds and surrounding areas for our clients. The starting place for the Road Tour was the iconic World Heritage Site, Blenheim Palace. After a light breakfast, all our clients gathered around the LaFerrari Aperta for a group photo in the Great Courtyard, with the Palace as a stunning backdrop.
Over 50 Ferraris, led by the LaFerrari Aperta, then departed in convoy to travel through the picturesque Cotswolds to Castle Combe Race Circuit. Here, our clients enjoyed a cavalcade around the track, before gathering once again for a group photo on the start/finish straight.
Whilst at this point the Great British Summer struck bringing a torrential downpour, nothing was dampening the spirit of our intrepid convoy, which continued on to take in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside before returning to the dealership in Swindon for a Black-Tie Gala Dinner. The evening was capped off perfectly with the premiere of the new 812 Superfast in front of 150 guests.
Whilst we were not blessed with the best of weather, the event will undoubtedly live long in the memory of all who attended and was definitely a fitting celebration of 70 years of Ferrari.
