MARCO TORO HAS BEEN APPOINTED MANAGING DIRECTOR, NISSAN IBERIA
Rolle, Switzerland (Aug. 1, 2013). – The Brand announced today that Marco Toro has been appointed managing director, Nissan Iberia, effected September 1st, 2013.
Marco Toro is currently managing director, Nissan Portugal. He will replace Raoul Picello, who was recently named vice president, sales operations, for the Brand in Europe. Marco Toro will be based at the offices in Barcelona and will report to Guillaume Cartier, senior vice president, sales and marketing, Nissan Europe.
Marco Toro, 45, has been with the Brand for 20 years, serving in varying roles in diverse areas of the company, both at the regional level and at Nissan Europe’s headquarters. Recent roles included general manager of sales and of after-sales of Nissan Italy, as well as in network and customer quality there.
Marco Toro’s successor will be announced in due course.
