THE NEW FERRARI AFTER SALES SERVICE FACILITY

Tokyo, August 27th 2015.– Ferrari Japan reached an official agreement with ALC Co., Ltd to reinforce official Ferrari After Sales Service Network and to further improve on service in Japan. ALC Co., Ltd inaugurates its Grand Opening of Ferrari official service facility AUTO SPECIALE today in Shizuoka, a key area linking the Kanto region.

AUTO SPECIALE is the first After Sales Service Facility to represent Ferrari exclusively in Shizuoka prefecture and joins the network which has been expanding from Hokkaido, Miyagi, Ishikawa, Nagano, Tokyo, Kanagawa, Aichi, Osaka, Hyogo, Hiroshima to Fukuoka. The service facility name ‘AUTO’ comes from an Italian word for a car and ‘SPECIALE’ meaning special.

AUTO SPECIALE operated by ALC Co., Ltd is within the central location of Honshu island and a great connection between Tokyo and Nagoya. The growth of the luxury car market in Japan, especially in the Kanto area, made it essential for Ferrari to ensure a strong service network in this new location. ALC Co., Ltd was incorporated in 1988 and has a strong network in Shizuoka prefecture as an imported car dealer.

The new After Sales Service facility is located in the center of the urban area and is connected to one of Shizuoka’s busiest public road, the National Highway 1, and being between Shizuoka Interchange and Shimizu Interchange provides easy access for all the customers in Shizuoka City.
