(CREWE, 13 JULY 2012) BENTLEY MOTORS HAS SIGNED UP TO SPONSOR SEVERAL KEY EUROPEAN POLO EVENTS, STRENGTHENING THE LUXURY BRITISH BRAND’S LONG-STANDING INVOLVEMENT WITH THE SPORT.
The first sponsored event was the High Goal Cup in Düsseldorf on 6-8 July, which builds on the company’s previous participation through Bentley Düsseldorf. For the first time, however, Bentley’s involvement will extend to a number of other key events across Europe including Lugano, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Gstaad, Stuttgart and Berlin. The activities will be led in each instance by Bentley’s local authorised dealer.
Participating at the Düsseldorf High Goal Cup once again was Bentley’s guest all-star international Polo Team, on this occasion playing in Dragon Red jerseys – the colour in which the marque first presented the new Continental GT V8 to the public – rather than their signature green and white, which secured an impressive second place at the event.

- Bentley Motors: Polo Gold Cup, Gstaad Switzerland (17-19 August).
- Stuttgart: 10th Polo Emotions Cup (7-9 September).
- Berlin: Bucherer Polo Cup (21-23 September).
