4th September, 2012.- Now in its 7th consecutive year, Salon Privé, which returns to Syon Park from the 5th to 7th September, is very firmly established as the UK’s most prestigious Super Car Show and the Chubb Insurance Concours d’Elégance is a calendar highlight amongst enthusiasts, collectors and buyers of modern and classic super cars. It is, however, far more than just a car show having also become a permanent fixture on the London social scene.
As a fashionable and glamorous Garden Party, it caters as much for motoring enthusiasts as it does guests who simply enjoy soaking up the atmosphere and spending time relaxing against the stunning backdrop of Syon Park. With Pommery Champagne, lobster luncheon, and traditional afternoon tea to add to the experience of an eclectic mix of premium automotive and luxury brands.
Salon Privé is everything an internationally acclaimed event should be – exclusive, extravagant and full to the brim of fabulous, priceless classic cars. Many of the cars on display are rarely seen, only making appearances at the most exclusive of events. Represented at this year’s Event are Bugatti, Mercedes-Benz, Ferrari F40s amongst other superb and legendary marques. With its high profile guests and mixture of live performances and innovative activities, Salon Privé has rapidly become one of the most eagerly anticipated events on the English Social Calendar.
ABOUT THE SHOW
This year’s Chubb Insurance Concours d’Elégance runs for 3 days and 1 night culminating in the Concours Awards Parade on Friday 7th September. The event, now in its seventh year, has quickly become one of the most eagerly awaited and exclusive Classic Car events in the UK, with entry by invitation only.
AN UNCOMPROMISINGLY LUXURIOUS OCCASION
Guests will be treated to a staggering display of vintage Super and Luxury Cars, worth well in excess of £100 million, all beautifully and openly displayed on the lawns of this privately-owned state house, Syon Park. The rarity and exclusivity of many of the motor cars entered this year into the Chubb Insurance Concours d’Elégance further endorses the organisers’ claim to it being the most exclusive Concours d’Elégance in the UK.
